How ESCULTURA is made

Once the design and dimensions are confirmed by the client the journey starts -

  1. The design is constructed and formed by Melbourne based furniture maker Moonpool.

  2. Once completed, the piece is transferred to our Richmond factory, where it is hand coated in Bishop’s lime and micro-cement, and sealed for complete durability.

  3. The completed work is delivered and installed directly to the client.

Typically, we work to a 4–6-week lead time from order date to shipping.

Customisation

The client maintains control

Each piece is made to order therefore the sizing can be scaled to suit the dimensions the client may be working with

  • Reimagination of the form for any piece is possible

  • ESCULTURA has created a range of 30 custom colours however a custom colour can be created for an additional fee

  • Each piece can be constructed for interior or exterior however note that materiality shifts for exterior usage

Escultura customisation

Materiality & Sustainability

The handcrafted process ensures no two pieces are alike, embracing individuality and artistry in every detail.

ESCULTURA is constructed blending sustainable materiality with sculptural design. The substrates are made using certified eco-conscious low VOC carbon negative hemp, locally grown and prepared. The pieces are then hand coated in custom coloured lime and micro-cement, resulting in a surface that is both luxurious and durable.
